He has mostly fat lol. He is like 40 percent bodyfat Mortimer is pushing into 45+.
Richmond bread does have a more robust endomorph frame but if he lost all his fat he would look like a twig
You can build muscle in a deficit if you are fat because your body takes the extra calories it needs from your fat.

Only make one great meal a day, at noon, while only having fruits for breakfast and dinner. Eating heavily at night is what prevents you from shedding weight as most as you should, methinks.
