I have talked to here befor, they of ourse mean "Serbian Vlach" and yes i know you dont belive in that terme for the people living there

Yeah. nobody thinks they are close to Aromanians/Vlachs, it's just one big confusion with their name.

Vlach was the traditional Serbian name for Romanians until recently (Aromanians were known as "Tsintsars") so the Timok Romanians presented themselves as Vlachs when communicating with Serbs, so it started from there. The first census which acknowledged them as Vlachs was in Socialist Yugoslavia after WW2. Before that they were in the "Romanian and Aromanian" category.

I'm just mentioning this because of the stark difference between the two groups (Serbian Vlachs fom Eastern Serbia vs. Vlachs from Macedonia and Greece). I don't want the Aromanian average to get diluted, unless it is clear that the person from Serbia has Aromanian roots.
Maybe we could have another average for Serbian Vlachs?
