How to interpret these results and what do they mean?

I recently made my first DNA test. Uploaded the raw data do GEDmatch but don't have a clue about what they mean. The laboratory to which my sample was sent gave me these results:

My estimate for your results based on the eurogenes k15 calculator from vahaduo is a mixture of North italian and Iberian. with some possible eastern european(Hungarian, Austrian slovak, croatian, or ukrainian) and also 4 percent native american.

Thanks, dude. That makes a lot of sense, since my father's family has an iberian surname, but nobody is actually sure from where they're from, while my mother's family has french and italian surnames, also having immigrated to brazil from the city of Valdagno in the early 20th century.
