The actual skull displays an even steeper forehead slope than the artists drawing. In fact, the only forehead that I have seen like that on a modern man is Nikolai Valuev.

They have the same steepness of forehead, that`s just a visual effect produced by the fact that the head on the drawing is slightly more leaning forward, to make it look natural.
