As a person living in Bulgarua, I can say that the country is totally depopulated thanks to the opportunities we have to travel freely wherever we want.
Wherever you go in Bulgaria, you will have a feeling that there's noone - and that's true- there isn't actually anyone. Only the top 3 biggest cities are ok, the rest is tragic.
Even my hometown is depopulated (fourth biggest town) - from 200k official population, probably only 60-70k live there now.
And I would also like to add that the number of this census is wrong. The reality is 5 million people , I am not kidding.
