I don't know where the Welsh would fit in.

Wales has a higher percent of R1b-U106 than Scotland.

Based on samples from Busby 2011:

    England (n=484):

    213 x R1b-P312 (44%)
    110 x R1b-U106 (23%)

    Ratio of P312 to U106 2:1

    Wales (n=129):

    90 x R1b-P312 (70%)
    13 x R1b-U106 (10%)

    Ratio of P312 to U106 7:1

    Scotland (n=168):

    114 x R1b-P312 (68%)
    11 x R1b-U106 (6,5%)

    Proportion of P312 to U106 10:1

    Ireland (n=476):

    387 x R1b-P312 (81%)
    25 x R1b-U106 (5,3%)

    Ratio of P312 to U106 15:1

Wales might be more Germanic. The map from Eupedia is not reliable.

But Scotland has a higher Viking input and Wales higher Anglo-Saxon.

Mostly Celtic, but with Germanic influence.
