Up until 200 years ago the Georgians were heavily Persianate in culture, music etc. That country has been historically in the influence sphere of Imperial Persian reichs like Achaemenid, Parthian, Sassanid etc. Even after Georgians converted to Christianity, their capital had atashgah (Zoroastrian fire temple).
However over the last 200 years, their culture underwent a serious Westernization through Russian Tsaric and Sovietic effects along with Slavic culture.
Now that's hard to say. I think they are in between.
