I've liked the Netherlands when visiting there. Never been to Finland but I like their music....

Netherlands is too crowded i would get insane. It looks like a mouse shit on the map, yet there is 17m people.

I am happy in Helsinki city. But I liked also living in archipelago and two weeks even in the backwoods of Ilomantsi.

If I was married and over 45 = Finland
Under 45 not married = Netherlands

One thing I dislike alot which is a big factor for me is that property in NL is expensive and the place is incredibly overpopulated.

Finland, the landscape is much more unspoilt, for all of the Netherlands loveliness it is very much artificial, also the people of Finland are more conservative, the only issue would be i would feel like i wouldnt fit in as a local in Finland because they are so pale and fair though i could probably pass as a local in Limburg etc.
