Cape Verdeans and some Puerto Ricans overlap. But the Cape Verdean average person has much more SSA than the average Puerto Rican. Im a good example of the average Puerto Rican. It ranges from people a bit more Euro/MENA than me to people with a bit more SSA than me. But most people fall within that range.

This shows the DNA Tribes averages. Puerto Ricans are a little over 50% Euro and the grey shows our considerable amounts of MENA ancestry as well. I have more Amerindian than the average PR but im still around 27% Afro-Indigenous and it shows but not stand out.

I don't see much Amerindian in him to be honest. I'd think maybe 70% European, 30% African though.
