Not necessarily. The military aid China provides to Russia will only strengthen their relationship, economical one included. Read below.

China wouldn't give war matériel to Putin for nothing, it would demand something in return. Therefore, it's logical to ask "how much influence / control does China have over Putin and the rest of the Russian government".

The value Russia could provide to China lies in the projects that would be mutually beneficial, given the situation. Since the west is avoiding a business with Russia, they found themselves a new partner. What we already see is that western companies' projects are fucked up and our profit from the projects was actually very high. We've lost our biggest trading partner and now China is taking our place. Crucial thing is, Putin wouldn't sign anything that would not benefit Russia. If you think Putin is somehow blackmailed by China now, you're wrong. The military support is a part of business, so to say.

Nobody seeks for some international recognition, first of all it's needed so they can move draft part of army to the second tier (logistics, supply, communications) while more of contract soldiers will move directly to the frontline + border troops will be included, too. Foreigners can sign from now contracts for joining troops, one of recruitment centers works right in the biggest migration centers in the southern outskirts of Moscow.
