It's strange that Albanian is farther away than Greek. Aren't Albanians to the NW of Greeks?

As I said in the OP, take it with a grain of salt. Most of these non-NW Euro averages are cobbled together, largely from Apricity users of those ethnicities.

Dac, can you get a reasonable split between Ireland and Romania if you use only those in source? How about using your mom's closest region (Lancashire) and Romania?

Albanian average is good and well-adjusted. Greek one seems to be from some Northern region like Thrace.

If national/regional averages are as developed as in the British Isles, it will be the best calc.
