    I always start off my day by eating breakfast (around 8-9 AM), usually an egg sandwich with tea. I don't have lunch. And then I have a random meal for dinner at around 18-19:00 (6-7 PM). Today, I had white rice with chicken.

    Breakfast: 10 fornetti or 2 small croissant + 0,5L Cola or Fanta

    Lunch: fast food like KFC, pizza, gyros, chinese food

    Dinner: various pasta, salad, fish + a glass red wine

    For effective working out your body must receive enough of vitamins and nutrients which seem to be mostly absent, I mean, just working out does not compensate it.

    That depends on the current adaptation of the body. Sure, for those body builders who have reached their highest point, they might need to focus on the smaller components.

    But for most people who don't work out that hard (and most don't) they haven't reached their fullest physical potential. This is BTW why people have fat reserves.

    People say a lot of shit about KFC but I liked it when I got a meal from them. Chicken was tender, well cooked and crispy, same with the fries. Probably because I asked for delivery, they say the places are dirty af.

    But it makes sense that there are only two in Italy.

    Yeah, it seems Italy is pretty much anti-fast food franchises. Can't blame them but personally I need my junkfood on weekends specially when hanging over.

    We have all kinds of western fastfoods, shadow franchises of some which left, but Turkish kebab is the top, some fastfood chains burgers are crap comparing to it.
