Why would anyone be bothered if Japan is xenophobic?

To me its irrelevant, as id even accept non-interventionist hostility towards anyone not japanese by them.

Its their house.

I am a ethnopluralist, I welcome every ethnicity living in their homeland, preserving their people, culture and customs.
