    I do not detect much of a difference between Wallonia & Flanders here.

    What did strike me is a very high incidence of brown eyes and light hair not being common among adults. Facial features are also remarkably different than that of Dutch people from The Netherlands, much more Alpine looking people.


    People look like foreigners from my Polish perspective.

    Thanks for your input, the Flemish have quite peculiar eyes though their facial features are in general virtually the same as the British with a little more alpine influence.

    I agree on the eyes thing, quite widely set apart and characteristically looking. There's something going here!

    Absence of Scandinavian phenotypes in ethnic French (Waloons) and less ENF elements in ethnic Germans (Flemings). Other than that, there is 75% overlap
