The London Daily Mail reports: “A Mexican girl has become a mother at the age of just 10, according to reports. The youngster arrived at a hospital in the city of Puebla, suffering from life-threatening complications in her 31-week pregnancy, including seizures. She gave birth by Caesarean section to a boy weighing 3.3lbs at the Women’s Hospital in the city, 60 miles southeast of Mexico City.”

“Her premature son is now said to be in intensive care following a bout of pneumonia… The paper said the hospital revealed the baby boy is in a good condition considering his premature birth and the mother is recovering well after first coming to the centre on October 22.”

“Mexican state laws prevent young mothers having abortions unless they can prove they were the victim of sexual assault.”

In civilized nations, there is no such thing as “consensual sex” for a ten year old. This poor girl was likely raped by a relative or a neighborhood pedophile.

The Daily Mail article notes “The legal age of consent [in Mexico] is 12. The shocking case is not the first of a young girl giving birth in Mexico. In August last year, an 11-year-old known only as Amalia had a child two weeks prematurely after being raped repeatedly by her stepfather when she was 10 years old.

If you mean number then not by far,I saw a news report some time ago about "turkish gypsies" ( ) in Dobrogea: one woman had over 20 kids,I think it was 27 kids in total.
Gypos usually marry their kids at 8-11 yo,although it's illegal.
