Only case when Serbia could be dangerous is in case Russia is winning in Ukraine, but since it isn't, they are about as capable to take over Kosovo by force as Nigeria is capable to fund a space program.

Serbia by military power is weaker by far than 1990s. But it is stronger than in period roughly 2006-2016 when it was the weakest ever. Today's Serbian army has only a few tens of thousands soldiers. 2006-2016 had similar number of soldiers, but today have better weapons. In 1990s Serbia had 450.000 well-trained soldiers. NATO did not dare to on land intervention against SR Jugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), because they would pay a huge price (it would be much worse for NATO/USA than in Vietnam). NATO bombing in 1999. had very small effect on our army, which was almost untouched after the bombing. Disintegration of Serbian army started after 2000. when criminals in Serbia took power after the colored revolution sponsored by George Soros. In the next 5-6 years pro-western Serbian authorities almost destroyed Serbian army.

Serbian army in the lat 22 years is NATO army in some way, regardless Serbia officially is not member of NATO. 90% of military exercises of Serbian army is with NATO, in Serbian general staff British experts are sitting etc.
