some europoid prognathism, nose is nearly upturned but not really, her nostrils have slight lateral upturn, her lips have that oval shape that I see on a lot of MENAs and weirdly Lithuanians (probably from Jews), my guess is Baltic or Polish

I've looked more carefully at her pics and you're right, but I think she's Alpinid anyways, so she may be Gorid instead of West Alpinid.
