The fact is that non-whites are allowed (or even encouraged) to be racially ethnocentric/tribalistic in Western countries, while white people are socially or legally punished for the same thing, so your hypothetical question is as ever misleading and pointless.

Anti race-mixing whites are by default supporting the cause of other races to not mix (whether they care about their purity or not), and no White racial purist is going to celebrate the same thing they so hate because it supposedly improves another race.
