Default Mixed-ethnicity neopagans: how did you decide which tradition to follow?

How did you determine which path you were most closely called to? Some people just pick a tradition that seems fulfilling to them, regardless of their own blood ties, but that somehow doesn't sit right with me, personally. No judgment towards how anyone chose their path!

I think some traditions have more followers then others though look around for which communities exist around you

Nothing stops you from following several traditions, especially if you're of European descent, since most of pagan traditions are either exactly the same or very similar. It's the same when it comes to 'Gods' (pagans have a different understanding of what 'God' is than monotheistical christians/muslims), a lot of Gods who are... let's say 'affiliated' with certain natural events have different names but are still the same deity in the end. The same goes for rituals and festivals.
