Classify a morphed face and where can she pass

A friend of mine said this pic can be an Italian with eastern European traits.

Sometimes Alpinids and Eastern Europeans can be confused (and there are Eastern European Alpinids as well),

because they have round, flat faces, childish features and small noses that sit low on the face.

So it is possible for her to be Eastern European,

but she looks more Western to me, her nose and other features seem more refined and Western.
This is a decent picture, this one seems to be the most realistic.
