Idk but I make roast, steaks, fried chicken, sausages, and hamburgers mostly. Other than that, deli sandwiches, pancakes, muffins, and chocolate chip cookies.

Quite a few but the top three (in no particular order) got to be:
Königsberger Klopse (old East Prussian meal containing meat balls made of minced calf and anchovie paste, a cream sauce with capers and usually potatoes):
Beef Roulade filled with jerky, pickles and mustard:
