Here are pashtuns, tarkalani is Pakistani but represent pashtuns of nangarhar, Kunar and Laghman quite well, since theyre from bajaur(right next to AFG):

Here are 2 afghan tajiks and 1 badakhshan average. I think the badakhshani mainly represent tajiks far up north, average northeast afghan tajik rather likely gets around 35% pastoralist and. little more IVC(shahr e sokteh):

In case youre confused, sintashta is pastoralist. Shahr e sokteh is IVC(not the actual IVC/harappan people)/south asian, the bustan and sappali + gonur are all BMAC(tajiks of course dont get more BMAC than steppe, we just dont have the right pre-aryan samples for certain afghans)

As you see, they all get around 20-30% pastoralist admix

Do we not have any samples from Laghman man? Why do we always use Pakistani pashtuns as a reference for Afghan pashtuns from Laghman? Laghman would be similar to Kapisa as well imo, they would score similar levels of IVC to their surrounding regions rather those from KPK. As far as I know the tarakalani , tarakhel and yusufzai samples are from.Swat not Bajaur agency .

You got it wrong. Yusufzais ARE from swat, the tarkalanis arent, neither are uthmankhel samples. Theyre from bajaur.

Youre right and wrong. We will definitly see pashtuns from laghman score like those shamalis, but some will also score like the tarkalani pashtuns. There are even laghman tajiks scoring like the tarkalani pashtuns. It depends on tribe.

And unfortunately no, I dont have any g25 coordinates of full laghman pashtuns

edit: My bad, I rechecked. Theyre from Dir district, the tarkalani and uthmankhel samples.

But I thought that study was where the tarakhel , tarakalani and yusufzai samples were from Swat? That's odd, I genuinely read that somewhere. I will have to find that .

Yeah the samples uthmankhel and tarakalani do seem to be from DIr and Yusufzai from Swat, thanks
