    PLEASE SUPPORT THE INDIGENOUS REFERENDUM

And I know that our good friend Dr Packham would have supported this endeavor. And he would have supported their goals. He was of Irish origin and was one of the smartest and sensitive human beings I've ever known. And he once told me that, quote, Australia is a black man's country.

May God bless his noble soul and may he have an eternal round of peace and happiness in heaven.

In a final vote in the upper house of parliament, 52 voted in favor of the bill while 19 voted against, allowing the bill to be passed with an absolute majority. "This is your time, your chance, your opportunity to be a part of making history. It will be a moment of national unity, a chance to make our nation even greater, a gracious chapter in the great story of Australia," said Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. The referendum will ask Australians whether they support altering the constitution to include "Voice to Parliament", a committee that can advise the parliament on matters affecting its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people. Albanese will now have to set a referendum date, expected to be between October and December. It will be the first referendum Australians will vote on since 1999 when they rejected the establishment of a republic.

SYDNEY, June 13 (Reuters) - Fewer than half of Australians back the inclusion of an Indigenous advisory panel in the constitution, in a plan set to face a referendum this year, a newspaper poll showed on Tuesday, down from 53% in May. The poll comes ahead of a crucial senate vote on changing the constitution to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and include a committee in parliament to advise the government on matters affecting Indigenous people. Published by the Sydney Morning Herald, the poll showed that 49% of respondents supported the change, down from 53% in May, while 51% said they were opposed to it. A majority of voters in the three states of northeastern Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia are now voting against the change, it found. "We always knew that this campaign was going to be very difficult," the Yes campaign's Dean Parkin told Sky News after the result.

Jupiter in Aquarius (Astro-Seek): "They have to make the first steps with their belief on their own, only then they can offer it to others. And then, by mixing the beliefs of other people, they will develop a system of belief that suits the goals and purpose of the whole group. Their idea is that if they continue like this step-by-step, all mankind will eventually share a common ideology. They see God as a world religion."
