This is why people who do long ass fasts to lose weight end up with least lose skin.

I watch a guy who was like 400 kilos, he went for a year without food, ended up with a lot less lose skin than one could imagine
You can use a lot of the fat to survive somehow in a terrible state but you will still have a low functionning psyche and energy as the brain cells and red blood cells can't metabolize ketones, you have to breakdown muscles for that wether you have fat or not. Obese people don't have much quality muscles to tap into, as much as rb wants to believe he is muscular underneath, it's generally not the case since they usually have been lazy, slow and idle most of their life.

After a weak or so without food, he would start to gain energy.

The worst is for those who are naturally hyper, they would lose strength really fast
So what happens if a wild animal shows up?

This is not true, the amount glucose you need for functioning brain is actually really small, big majority is replaced by ketones once you enter ketosis, also muscles have biological advantage over lose skin because lose skin has no function, so body would start to eat skin before muscles for gluconeogenesis.
Another thing is that body is also capable of producing glucose out of fat.

Its a desert island, is it not?

But lets say a wild animal appears that can actually threaten people, like a tiger or jaguar, you really think anyone has advantage there?
Actually predator animals are attracted the most to those that run faster lol, because of instincts.

Also if one just scratches anyone, morty has fat shield, while others would be more likely to get infected, or some vital organs can be damaged more easily

Your body doesn't like to divert protein into energy, it's a last resort thing as it prefers to use it for more vital functions. Even within 2 or 3 days of your last meal, your body will have exhausted all the glycogen stored in the liver and muscles. It would be an "interesting" experience to see who survives longer exactly and indeed the obese person might suvive longer but i think the difference would have more to do with the state you are in.

I have been on a 14 day fast once, so no food for 14 days at all, just water and salt.
But i was doing ketogenic diet, and carnivore diet for couple of months, so my body was adjusted for ketosis more that avarage man.
First couple of days are hardest, but then it becomes easy once your metabolism starts using your fat stores, until its not, and that depends entirely on your fat stores.
Basically you will enter crisis once your fat stores drop below 10% of your body mass

I was normally functioning on ketones on strict keto for months, with 20 gramms of carbs daily which were from veggies and should not be even counted as carbs, as it's mostly fiber.

yep carbs from fiber dont count, because humans actually cant metabolise it into glucose, fibres are essential for gut microbiom tho.
This is why even predatory animals like cats sometimes chew on grass

Yea, i've pissed not stop, as excessive water leaves the body and smelled like dog as my sweat had sour acetone odor. When I've entered kethosis I felt no hunger almost at all. I had 1-2 days per week when I only drank coffee and water.
