Well of course many Afghans are lighter than many Scandinavians, while many British people are very purely White in their genetic history we have to remember that White people probably evolved around the west Asian steppes/Iran so it isn't surprising that we see many in Afghanistan.

White is not just a certain shade, since there must be certain factions that would prevail over the lighter shade that could occur outside Europe, on the American continent it is possible that there are people who would pass as white that would not in Europe, but obviously Europe is older than America and we will not adopt models of such young countries on phenotypes of the known world.

the question is where do the oldest Whites exist from? because our evidence suggests they came up from Anatolia, maybe they originated in Iran, in the Hindu Kush so we have the dilemma where in many parts of Asia the original White people may have been replaced by dark invaders from other regions.
