Same here. I'm having trouble locating the other parts of the documentary. It seems to be a 10 part series called "We The Irish"

I've looked and nothing really online. It was broadcast on 29 September 1971 by RTE. There would be copies somewhere so it might eventually be available online.

No. I came out too young to retain an accent. My parents of course never lost their accents.

I'm curious what others think of this accent. This is an old school San Francisco accent influenced by brogue and the gentleman is Irish-American. My Bay Area accent pales in comparison.

Man: I ride anything I can get.

Woman: Because he's fuckin good looking for a knacker. He's got a big dick. You're so fucking thick you couldn't even tell I was riding him.

I'm sure there's lots of comedy gold I missed as most of it I couldn't understand.
