NATO already exists, mate, you don't need to create a thousand institutes all of which will have the same function. There's basically no point in restoring the PLC right now. Ok, expanding upon CordedWhelp's good point, it might be a good idea to restore the PLC as a cultural project with the aim of bringing the nations of Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine closer together and helping them to distance themselves further away from the neo-bolshevik hiv-ridden hellhole to the east.

It's not much an interest of NWO that's why it will be never seriously considered in atlantist World.
