Just give a try they are many options online you can also try another one call Indeed just create an account and search world wide customer service positions etc or check what they might have avail In Austria ,since you are getting government assistance you might want to check the FIRST, In many countries I know they take that away as long they found out you are working.

I don't want to cause more harm than good but If you are avail to get a job offer from a US or UK or Germany
(since you know German) and part time just let them know you prefer PayPal payment .

True free-market capitalism has a profit-motive when it comes to production and thus results in a lot of growth and development quickly. The downside is that the environment and the needs of people must be ignored to favor profit. Unemployment and income inequality are also endemic in capitalism.
Communism as it was practiced aims to fulfill people´s needs and with no profit motive the modes of production focuses on betting people´s lives, employing everyone and covering whatever people need to survive and live a good life. Downside is that it is often ineffective and since everything is centrally planned it means that corruption and human error can cause shortages and other issues.
