Killer is a Pao fan as I suspected from the very beginning and that is nothing new in Greece.
BBB can only be trialed for a riot.

However keeping them in jail for months without evidence won't stand and they will sue your ass.

They won't be able to even if they tried as they were accomplice to the murder no matter who the murderer is.

Killer is a Greek and if he was a Croat that would have been made public months ago.

As I commented in summer already, nothing surprising. Among our hooligans knives are forbidden.
In what media? I really need to see in particular what they say in order to judge properly.

As for the DNA testing, all hooligans, Greeks and Croatians were tested. Dozens of people were narrowed out. And eventually, the final investigation, 81 pages long, concluded that Croatians did kill Michalis Katsouris. And, very importantly: two knives were implicated on this, the DNA of the Greek hooligan you mentioned was found in one of the two. The other one had DNA from a Croat hooligan, who was found to have the said knife in his possession at the time of his arrest in the suburb of Rizoupoli. But again, it was almost 2 months ago, Greek media actually reported on it:

A very important detail comes to explain something though: the first traces of blood from the fatal haemorrhage was found at the spot where Katsouris was altercated by the Croatian hooligans, not in the place where Greek hooligans escaped from, 100 metres away.

As for the prohibition: our hooligans are also prevented from carrying knives or firearms. For firearms, they do indeed not carry anything. For knives however... Well, you've guessed it, no hooligan actually keeps up with the law in that.

Greek media reports that the DNA sample found on the knife, which was found at the scene of the fight and which has the blood of the murdered fan Michalis Katsuris, belongs to the hooligan who was arrested a few days ago.

Recall that the Greek football hooligan who was sentenced to 12 months in prison for participating in the bloody riots at the final of the Greek Cup in Volos in 2017, was arrested last week, Thursday, to serve his sentence for fan violence that happened six years ago.

Last week it was announced that the authorities will also question him for possible involvement in the death of Mihalis Katsuris, an AEK fan, for whose murder one hundred BBBs are still in prison in Greece.

Greek media say that it is Aristidis Delios (35). His lawyers categorically deny that he was involved in Katsuris' murder.

Delios was arrested to serve time for the brawl in Volos six years ago, when 15 people were seriously injured in clashes between AEK and PAOK fans.

According to the Greek media, he was among the participants in the fight between Dinamo and AEK fans in August of this year when Katsuris was killed. He was even questioned as a witness and released.

He then stated that in that fight he was near the murdered Katsuris and that he was carrying a knife that he had lost in the riots. He said, according to the Greek media, that he was friends with Katsuris and that he lost the knife before the incident in which Katsuris was killed.

On the footage from the security cameras reviewed by Greek investigators, an AEK fan can be seen running next to Katsuris and unintentionally coming into contact with him while trying to escape the hooligans of Dinamo Zagreb, Greek portals write.

The police found the knife and the DNA of Mihalis Katsuris was isolated on it, and it was announced that the other DNA found on the knife would be compared to Delios's.

Dinamo fans were arrested in Athens in August for fighting before the AEK-Dinamo match and Katsuris' death.

The media reported that the DNA analysis of the knives showed that there were no traces of the arrested Croatian citizens on them, but 102 of them are still in Greek prisons, more than three months after the incident.

Traveling 1500 kilometers from Zagreb to Athens with only purpose of creating violence is clear act of terrorism.

Lots of football hooligans do so, including Russia and Western Europe. Groups of hooligans travel to the city of away match of enemy team, when their own team is not even there. In this case, Dinamo was playing in Greece at least.

Admit, if they were not Croats but any other hooligan group doing the same (some Poles, for example) you won't be so attracted by this topic.

Also, terrorism is not an abstract term, it has proper definition:

Terrorism, in its broadest sense, is the use of intentional violence and fear to achieve political or ideological aims.

    Well, it's conflicting news coverage.

But I'll agree it's unlawful for these 102 to be still kept imprisoned. But the main Croatian suspects were rightfully arrested. Especially the Croatian arrested in Rizoupoli.

Too add: a (Greek) police officer was recently killed in clash with Greek fans. This never happened in Croatia and shows how violent Greek hooligan scene is where murders and stabbings aren't rare. All Croats were released from prison and sent home.
