Bruh, they are not aware flag of Upper Silesia is basically yellow(in theory gold tho) on top and blue at the bottom

Kingdom of Dalmatia (while a part of A-H) used to have this flag too but I doubt Dalmatians really are reconquaring their ancient homeland in Galicia
