Commercial DNA testing really has hit a brick wall. Nobody buys these things like they used to and these companies make little to no advancements in their methods these days.

Cool. So MH is updating, illustrative dna soon and FTDNA will give haplogroup who did only autosomal like 23andme

Will they give haplos for the old tests or new tests and when will they give it ?

That’s not an ethnicity update just some sort of website maintenance.

Everyone who did it and who will do. First they will give only y-dna and later mtdna. This will be next
month. You have all info on their site.

They are worse than before. No genetic groups are visible now and you can't see your matches results. Hopefully this will be restored at some stage.

I also wasn't able to see genetic groups at first, but now they are visible again. But no changes at all.
