Estonia is a small meaningless state where first people of the country have business in Russia. If something ever happened there towards Russia nobody asked those villagers for permission.

They forget that we control the Baltic. And with Finland and Sweden in, we could launch direct attacks on St. Petersburg and the Kola Peninsula, including Murmansk. And with Poland, it would probably take less than 48 hours for Kaliningrad to be Königsberg again. The Suwalki Gap has lost its relevance and has now become a liability to Russia. Plus: they can't really count on Belarus, morale is so low that their troops would switch sides even faster than Italy during WWII.
