I do not think there are ugly ethnicities, rather particular cases but because they are disfigured by hatred, alcohol, drugs, develop bad character, all that affects the physical, but in general there are no ugly ethnicities.

If I were to make a very big generalization, from the ones I've seen with my own eyes and judging through subjective lenses, I'd say Austrians (Viennese) and Czech men are quite good looking.
Romanian men are not the worst looking ones, but one rarely sees a striking looking Romanian dude.
For women, I don't know.

It's lookism. I don't like Northern populations like Finns, Karelians, pink Englishmen and rounded faced tiny nosed Scandinavians and similar to them Northern Russians. For someone else they're most beautiful on Earth.

The term ''ugly'' itself is pretty ugly. You mean unattractive in the sense of a universal beauty standard? In that case, the most outlying ones could be considered to be ugliest by the majority.

Inversely the most beautiful should be the closest to the norm: for example , the Central Europeans including the Italian Alps, but also the Central-East and Central-West.

This can vary on an individual basis on the other hand.
