Your mom's results are not unusual if she's one quarter German. Germans are zero East Eurasian and if it's the Volga Germans, they moved to Russia from what is now Southwestern Germany, so they would've been close to zero Eastern European/Slavic, pretty much all Celtic-Germanic.

Most half-Tatars will have a lower East Eurasian percentage than you do. My mom is a full Russian and she's about 8-9% EE, Perm/Yekaterinburg Russians can easily score 10-13%. But your North European is significantly lower than any of the Russian averages.

And regarding the Mongoloid I swear I didn't take that out of thin air, Russians from the Urals do score like that, must be Northern Russian settlers plus some local Komi-Permyak substrate. I've seen like a dozen of such individuals.
