Yesterday, Saruman posted a topic about the Swiss Sébastien Buemi and he wondered about the origins of the Swiss. I also went to look and saw that biodiversity forum had a forum topic about it, when I see, said that my IP was banned. I had never seen this forum in my life. How can my IP was banned?

That sounds indeed strange. Are you using a proxy? I know all IP addresses from proxies are being blocked.
