Fuck, don't ask me such questions. I am a Russian Slav. Of my 10 Russian Slavs friends, three are circumcised. There are non-religious reasons.

I find it very surprising because circumcision is mostly Jewish and Muslim thing mostly. I know circumcision is prevalent in the USA, Philippines, and South Korea but I didn't know that there are circumcised non-Muslim people in Russia.
