What happened is Lithuanians dominated the state (obviously), but their cultural influence was non existent. So most of Lithuanian aristocrats ended up being Slavicised. That's an example of mind ruling over the body, always. That's what happened to Germanics in Western Europe.

I'd annex Wallonie and BHV, Luxembourg, Sarre and the Val d'Aran to France.
The Val d'Aoste can go either to France or Switzerland.
We should also conquier Gallia Cisalpina either to incorporate it or to liberate it from Rome, it bothers me to see such a rich region signing in the PIIGS because of its belonging to Italy.

I'd favor the liberate option over the incorporate one to tell the truth, more realistic and operational relatively quickly, that's what we need in nowadays EU context (and you won't have to learn French nor to quit some of your driving 'peculiarities'

The Hollande-Monti-Rajoy trio is a joke, France needs an economically strong and reliable ally that'll help us match germans' demographic and economic weight for the 25-30 years to come until our costly familial and social political choices will give us the advantage over Germany's economic competitiveness ones. And when I look around the only ones I see fit for the job are Northern Italians, had they a state of their own.
