Borrebys are original Mesolithic inhabitants of Northern/Central Europe and to some extent for areas known today as Balkans.
At these times, we can't speak about Germanic culture,aroused probaby around second millenium BCE when Funnelbeaker culture took place.
They got Indo-Europeanised by the invaders from elsewhere - Unetice or Corded ware(?) cultures were wery likely to do so.
I can't say anything about possible migrations of these people.
