I was thinking about it. What would happen if American elite start world War 3 . in my opinion latin American countries are gonna be safest. Obviously not if they're USA neighbor so avoid Mexico.

Most safe would be southern south America, least safe would be Mexico and Hispanic Caribbean countries (too close to US).

Venezuela and Colombia (in northern south America) would be in-between. Safer (farther away from US) than Mexico and Caribbean Hispanics but less safe than southern Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and the southern cone

Is there a reason why you think so? My guess is that irrelevant places like Greenland and Mongolia are going to be the safest places in the case of WW3.
