Sleep Paralysis

How many of you have experienced real sleep paralysis yet?

If you're not sure, then you haven't. It's when you are visited by a demon at night time, and he paralyzes you so that you cannot move or speak. Sometimes the entity is seen in totality, other times maybe just a dark shadow or something.

The easiest way to stop it is to say the name of Jesus. Or if you're too paralyzed to speak, say "Jesus" in your thoughts. Even that helps.

I have not personally experienced this, thank God. I've just heard from many people who told their experiences about it.

I have experienced once that it felt like I'm half awake and some presence prevents me from moving my body.

I have experienced something like that years ago, except I have not seen any entity, but felt as if something was at the end of the bed.
I think it was caused by stress mainly or sleep deprivation. I can see how prayer helps because, it brings down the feeling of panic, for those who believe.
Also, trying to slowly move one's limbs helps.

No actually it's the entity that reacts to the name of Jesus. This is well known.

I only experience the cheeky demon who drags my duvet to the foot of the bed and leaves me cold while I sleep. They only appear during winter...

That type of paranormal phenomena that consists of being uncovered while you sleep in winter is usually very common when you sleep with a partner who does not like the cold.
