No as there is always a margin of error. Still any adult measurement would likely be lower than my final WISC evaluation at age 15. So it can be assumed that my adult IQ is less than 123. The night before my last evaluation I was worried how much lower I would preform and tried creating block design cubes using cardboard and duct tape. My lack of sleep due to that activity could have impacted my performance slightly.

Absolutely, nothing beats a genuine clinical IQ test. I was curious about the accuracy of online IQ tests from reputable institutions like Mensa and Cambridge University.
According to professionals, the Mensa IQ test is fairly accurate in finding your IQ. However, you may have some differences between taking the practice test online and the real test. This is because when you take the practice test, you are at home in your environment without the pressure of the real thing.

I didn't find anything about Cambridge's online IQ test. A redditor says it's accurate enough.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. My Wais 4 test is from 5 years ago.
Block design was a nightmare for me . I did 7.
I had my first IQ test at 13 ( got 100), when I completly dropped 2 years of middle school because of severe anxiety likely caused by my mom who had recurrent episodes of psychosis since I was young.
There are tons of studies about polygenic scores and possible trade-off about specific genetic variants related to better score on IQ tests...

I wished I could have talked a bit more about this in a french documentary where I made a brief appearance.
I showed polygenic score for schizophrenia and some other condition. https://youtu.be/xl10P__EAF4?si=YaLapdpNtAKa8Aci&t=3287
