Default Is Family Ancestry a Good Package to Find Out My Genetics?

    https://www.familytreedna.com/

I am considering buying it for $49, but I haven't researched how good this option is. Does it give you a comprehensive result of your automasal DNA and Y-DNA?

    My suggestion:
    https://www.dantelabs.com/products/w...ome-sequencing

Yes, its 200 euro (currently on sale), but you get everything in one

Alternatively Nebula provides for 249 USD similar test (I heard people were actually favoring Nebula over Dante):
    https://nebula.org/whole-genome-sequencing-dna-test/

PS. I suggest you don't look for the cheapest solution. Invest once but make it worthwhile.

You may be right, but it's 200 euros. It seems too expensive. Is it really worth making such an investment?

From the whole genome file you can get raw data from all top 5-6 genetics companies, plus combined test. You can get mtDNA and Y DNA. You don't need to pay anything after that. You just need a few hours to learn how to use one open source program, and from there on you get everything. Also not to mention that in that price of 200 euros you'll get four Dante's health and fitness reports.

So yeah, I say its absolutely worth it.

It is very good, I tested on FTDNA, both autosomal and Y.

Not sure about the YDNA but I'll say that the autosomal FTDNA results I got with a upload were quite good and detailed for the price and the DNA matches feature on FTDNA is very good as well, so I would definitely think the $49 will be worth it and you'll get the raw data to use at other companies as well.
    =(^.^)=

Also I don't do classifications currently, sorry.
