Maybe a tanned Paleo-Atlantid individual? Maybe a French with some scandinavian ancestry? Here in TA it´s said scandinavians use to tan easily.

Poles, Germany and France is an interesting topic.

If I state that it's predominantly the dislike for Germany and Germans that leads (and has lead in history) Poles to France (simplified), could you relate to that?

Polish emigration to France was mainly political in nature and they emigrated there for example during the Partitions of Poland when Germany (Prussia) was the enemy. Later another wave of emigration to France was during and after WW2.

So I don't think any "dislike" played a role here - simply Germany was the enemy of Poland at those times.

How did they estimate that?

I don't know, but French sources also estimate the number of Poles in France at around 1 million:

I don't know if you count every white or only young one. It has no sense to count old french, knowning that it is young people who make the future population...
