Semitic is a language family. What is a "Semitic" look?

Given your listed ethnicity, the following bit, from a recent study of Assyrians, may also be of interest to you:

    Biolog. Journal of Armenia, 4 (63), 2011

"Assyrians had significant genetic contacts with the peoples who migrated to North-West Europe."

Vincent Oshana is one of the most attractive male Assyrians. And I'm perfectly comfortable stating this, because I'm secure in my sexuality. Screw that annoying No Homo bullshit people say after remarking on a man's appeal.

True story related to Vincent. When my family, and many other Assyrians were fleeing from the massacres of nearly 100 years ago, his grandmother (a young girl at the time) carried my paternal grandfather (a small boy at the time) on her back until they reached Russian lines. Countless numbers died on the journey. If it were not for his grandmother...

Yes, Assyrian people have endured many hardships. It's a miracle that we survive to this day, we're a small but very resilient group of people. It might not seem like it, but we're a lot like Thermophile bacteria. Regardless of how dangerous our environment is, we still manage to persevere and thrive in the most hazardous conditions.

People here would mistake them for Turks, Maghrebis, Jews or Gypsies to a lesser extent. Some individuals can pass as french of southern italian/greek descent too.

I know many Assyrians, and I just don't think they could fit in any of those categories...like someone else said...maybe Cyprus??

The polls are quite accurate, however, I wouldn't give Spain as many votes as it received. Most Spaniards don't even approach our phenotypes, at least not on average. Aside from a few exceptional cases, such as Penelope Cruz.

to say that Assyrians have nothing to do with europe is ignorant. Alexander the Great anyone? yes I believe he was from Europe (Macedonia) and he indeed went through these lands.
