Really? I would have to see this.

If these girls are actually Assyrian and someone showed me them, I wouldn't right away know they were Middle Eastern.

If he means their direct neighbours like Turks and Iranians, than yes, but they don't have more SW Asian than Iraqi Arabs or Jordanians who are both of Bedouin stock.

Like I said Assyrians are stabilized blend of SW+West Asian in ancient times. If you take a Circassian-Arab Bedouin/Yemeni Jew/highlander he will cluster with them. I cluster with Assyrians but it does not mean I am Assyrian just a similar admixed like genome.

Imagine them without makeup and in different clothes, it's not that hard to miss.

I don’t know anything about anthropology of Assyrians and Armenians. I am just saying people on the pictures look like Armenians I met.

I've always thought Assyrians look a bit closer to Lebanese people (especially Christian Lebanese) than to Armenians. A significant number of Armenians I have seen do have a "Caucasus" look to them.

They probably come the same genetic stock, it's just Assyrians were Semitized it seems, and hence why the higher SW Asian admix they have. Also many Assyrians and Armenians are mixed with each together.

I think that the Assyrian phenotype may be a good representation of what the original Jews could have looked like as well.

the ancient israelites, was a canaanite nation, just like other canaanites people.
the original name of the levant in our language(hebrew) is canaan .

the assyrians are mesopotamians people and not a levantines people.or in other words a canaanites.

the ancient israelites probably look somthing like that

    sofi tsedaka-samaritan tv star
