I would like to think that these young men knew what they were fighting/dieing for;which is not freedom or any other political rhetoric in my opinion. I personally did not know these lost souls so i cant judge them,but i will say with some cautious accuracy that what they probably thought they were fighting for was most likely not why they were there in the first place.
