More German?...Anyway that would make sense, there is immensely more strain on an F1 doing 350kmh than a regular car even at it's maximum speed, so yes the regular car will have more endurance that way but what about if both are doing the same speed is the real question (it's just a fun simple analogy). I really don't remember talking about any of this but don't disagree with the conclusion.

You probably only agreed and didn't state it, which is why you can't really remember.
Yes, the more muscles the more weight you‘d have to drag along; that makes sense.
I don't know what would be if both are doing the same speed… That's an interesting question.
