What I meant here is this reinforces an arrival through West Asia or Anatolia and not directly from the so-called ''Steppe'' of the Ancient Balkanites.

They don't, they are just more southern and being more southern on PCA can show as SW shift.

im not saying your even wrong about the orignal slavs being lithuianian like, but Im pretty north western shifted and not very southern compared to slovaks cuz of my american ancestry and i still plot closer to a lot of russian populations than i do to belarusians.

Ill look at it in more detail when i get the chance but still doesnt make quit sense to me that I plot closer to russians than to belarusians or Lithuianians.

I think it was on Eupedia they hade argumets about this map, that Greeks didint have that much Slavic, and some one posted it to wtf his name now lazarus or somthing and even he on twitter awnserd that it is highly doubtful that this map could be correct

am no expert but doesnt this one also look wrong?, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria all over 50% Medievel Slavs? Serbia showd have 50% the other two should have 40% ish ??
