Im just passing by but that's an understatement for the 1st one. The lyrics are not even an attempt at any sort of translation, it's a completely new song and even the whole meaning is quite different i think, when the original French version is introspective, while the English version is more of a 3rd person perspective (usual American thing i noticed)

I'm just curious as to whether people find French or Spanish more romantic-sounding. (At least when sung by Celine Dion and Gloria Estefan respectively. )
