A Japanese proverb states that: “For a Samurai to be brave, he must have a bit of Black blood.”
What do you think they mean by it?
You need to be black to be brave?
Or it mean something else like black mean evil. A samurai need to be able to commit evil act to be brave?
Or maybe by black they meant ainu. Since ainu skin color is darker than mongoloid.
I have seen afro nationalist using this proverb as a proof that Japanese were black.
